Function and characteristics:

Feeding-unit

1. Lead edge feeding type. 

2. Vacuum absorption assist paper feeding ensure stable high-speed operation. The air volume can be adjusted according to the camber of the paperboard.

3. Front baffle can be electrically adjusted with scale on it, easily understood.

4. Side baffle can be adjusted electrically, with digital setting and pneumatic appliance.

5. Clutch of the machine is controlled electrically. With alarm. 

6. Equipped with brust to sufficiently eliminate dust and scraps as well as foreign substances on the printing surface improve printing quality

7. Skip feeding device with continuous feed or spacing feed options.

8. Pneumatic interlocking mechanism.

9. Equipped with dust clean device for the printing side of the paperboard and improve the printing quality

10. PLC and color touch screen. Lower failure and higher efficiency, and is easy to learn and operate.

Printing unit

1. The printing roller and trace pressing roller: good quality SSTU, grinded and hard chrome-plated.

2. Hang printing plate system, it is easy to install and change printing plate. Foot switch operate.

3. International standard high-precision harmonic phasing device,PLC and touchscreen controlled 360 degree adjustment.

4. Special planet gear design enables long service life.

5. Equipped with auto braking device with braking mechanism to lock rotation of press plate roller and maintain the fixing point of original gears when the printing machine breaks away

6. With auto reset system after cleaning

7. Computerized digital axis adjustment,with adjustmental distance of ±10mm

8. Equipped with auto raising device on the reticulate roll,separated the printing board when stopping feed paper
