Cabin System
Wall board:adopts fire-resistance EPS(epispastics polystyrence)colorful steel insulation boards,50mm thick,compound construction. Gate:50mm thick metal plate gate,the view windows with aluminum alloy frame,solid structure and good appearance. Basement:contructed with galvanized steel plate and anti-corrision square steel frame.It's configured with 2 rows of painted floor grids and 3 rows of anti-skid boards. Two ramps are made of anti-skid steel plates.
Anti Circulation System
Air-intake:2 set 4.0kw centrifugal fan,capacity:22000m3/h.Air-exhaust(Optional):1 set 4.0kw centrifugal fan,low noise,big capacity,energy-saving. Air Volume:22000m3/h.Full load air speed:0.25-0.35m/s.Air recycling times:274times/h.Noisy:<=80db(a). Generator cabinet is made of galvanized steel sheet wirh square tube frame.
Lighting System
Ceiling light:8 groups,each group with 3 pcs of LED lamps,24pcs high-quality LED lamps; The LED lamps are special designed for spraying booth,high safety,enviromental protection design,long service life,illumination fullfills the requirement of production.(67% energy saving compared with the common fluorescent lamp)
Purification System
Dual filtering structure:the first prime filter is made of high-quality non textile cotton,which is installed at the intake hose,can capture granules bigger than 5um,filtering rate reaches 98%.TSP<=1.4mg/m3.
Heating System
Composed of groups short wave infrared baking lamps.Each group includes 3 pcs of 1KW baking lamps.Left wall and right wall 4 groups each,back wall 2 gruops.Long service life.
Electrical Control System
Composed of famous brand Zhengtai electrical components. Lighting switch,Spray&Baking swith,temperature setting,time setting,2 groups baking,whole baking,emergency stop,failure alarm,over temperature alarm,timer.The whole working process can be settled at one time.
Enviromental System(Optional)
4.0kw centrifugal blower,multi-layer glassfiber,activated carbon,exhaust emission conforms to (Integrated emission standard of air pollutants)Chinese national standard.
