PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER MOULD

Production Ability:

We manufacture about 400 plate heat exchanger mould since 2004,and we are always making new moulds every month according to the need of clients.

Many brands such as: APV,Sondex，GEA,Tranter，Vicarb ,Funke，Thermowave，API,exc. The plates produced by our mould can be exchanged with original plates,and we have exported largen quantity in the past 10 years.It taks our client big benefit by saving a lot on the plate heat exchanger maintenance.

Types:

Our plate heat exchanger mould types includ:common Gasketd plate mould ; Free flow Wide Gap plate mould ; Semiweld plate mould ; Double Wall Plate mould ; Plate Shell Plate mould ; Evaporater mould ; Condenser mould,and fully welded mould,etc.

As long as client provide a plate sample,we can make mould accordingly.We also design mould ourselves.

High quality and Quality control to gurantee Long life time:

We have a strick quality control procedure for the whole production,from raw material choose Cr12 or Cr12MoV,to milling,grinding,CNC maching,assembling,to the final pressing test in the press macihine.,
Application:

Our moulds can match with different sizes of press machines,like press machine of 2000kg,3000kg,4000kg,5000kg,8000kg,10000kg,and 45000kg.We can offer the correct press size for clent.

We produce about 300 plate heat exchanger models with plate area of 0.03㎡ to 3㎡，and port fromφ28 toφ480.
