Do your company accept customization?

We accept OEM/ODM order. We have our own factory and excellent design team

Do I need to pay for the sample?

A:Sample free and freight paid by buyer(for those small items in stock)
B:Sample and freight to be paid by buyer (Mainly for OEM products or product without stock)
C:Sample free and freight to be collected ( If buyer has account of DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT etc.)

How long is the lead time?

Normally 3-5 days for sample. 2-4 weeks for bulk production.

What’s the delivery way of your company?

We have strong cooperation with DHL,UPS,TNT,Fedex,EMS,China Air Post etc.
By air or by sea are also available.
In addition,you can choose your own shipping forwarder.

What’s your company’s main method of payment ?

You can pay via T/T (100% T/T in advance for small order;
30% T/T in advance, 70% balance paid before delivery for bulk order)
