 Turn the phosphate on the surface of steel, zinc and aluminum into coating.

IC-2011 is one kind of non-phosphate reactive pre-treatment chemical, especially for surface treatment of steel and iron, zinc and aluminum. It does not include the volatile organism and can strengthen cohesion of coating and the anti-corrosive performance.

IC-2011 anticorrosion performance is greater than or equal to iron phosphating liquid/ polymer sealing and free-chromium and then watering. Applied at room temperature, spray or immersion treatment process. After treatment, wash with deionized water. IC-2011 can be matched with various types of paint.

2. Preparation methods (1 ton)

1 cleaning: Should better use the appropriate alkaline cleaning system according to the related product instruction.

2 watering: Should maintain the continual overflow in avoid of polluting.

3 deionized water rinsing: Before conversion coating processing use the deionized water rinse and should maintain the continual overflow in avoid of polluting.

4 conversion coating processing: Maintain the parameter in the recommended scope

5 deionized water rinsing: Continual overflow, control conductivity below 25us/cm.

6 drying: Suggest complete drying, dry 10-20min in the oven indirect heating to 110-170 degrees .
