1.What is your MOQ?                                                                                                    

Our MOQ is 500pcs and  But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost for you.

 

2.Can I get the samples?                                                                                               

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-7 days to reach you, subject where you are.

 

3.How long is the sample lead time?                                                                               

For existing samples, it takes 3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

 

4.How long is the production time?                                                                                   

It takes 45-60 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

 

5.What formal do you need if I want my own design?                                                       

We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique. 
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Xiamen or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.

 

6.How many color are available ?                                                                                    

You can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. If it is a urgent order, we will recommend some popular colors to you.

7.What is your payment term?                                                                                         

L/C,T/T,Western Union

30% deposit,Balance T/T before shipment or B/L copy at sight
