HDPE and LDPE film blowing, blow plastic, extrude sheet and so on.

Pellet Size(mm): 2 – 6
Density (g/cm³):1.6 – 1.7
Moisture ≤ 0.3%

 

 

3 - Product Characteristics

 

 

The product is high fineness, good dispersion, high transparency,
non-toxic and odorless. The plastic transparency will not be
affected after proper addition of our masterbatch. The strength
of plastic products can be significantly improved.

 

1. Adding 15-20% of our product will not affect the transparency of HDPE,

the film thickness is 0.01--0.02mm.
2. Adding 5-8% of our product to LDPE will not affect its transparency,

the film thickness is 0.01-0.02mm.
3. Good heat sealing performance, good flowing property, and good

tensile strength.
4. Improve the thickness evenness.

 

 

4 - Storage

Shelf life:1 year
Storage condition: In 25 kg moisture proof woven bag, store in clean, dry,

ventilative place and prevent from the sunlight.
