1. Enquiry: We will carefully study the the information involved in the enquiry, finding all the necessaries before pricing, if some important information is missed, we will exchange via email, instant messager, etc.

2. Quotation: Generally speaking, we will send the formal quotation sheet within 1 working day after the enquiry, provided all necessary information is completed. The quotation sheet covers all terms & conditions for your initial evaluation, including price, FOB port, packing information, payment terms, lead time, sampling time, test standard, mold costs( for new developed plastic);

3. Order: Before mass order, if it is requested, we can send free samples for quality review and approval purpose, if both samples and prices are confirmed OK, release the order;

4. Production: Before mass production, pre-production samples will be provided(or approved by pictures) at request, and all printing proofs will be sent to you for approval, mass production samples and pre-shipment samples will also be sent to you at request.

5. Inspection: We accept 3rd party inspection or pre-shipment samples review.
