A1: Yes, you can order samples to test quality, please send the photos or spec of the products that you want.

Samples will be charged and will be refund back when bulk order is placed.

Samples lead time is about 10 days after details confirmed and payment received.

Q2: Do you accept custom design? Do you have designer?

A2: Yes, custom designs are welcome and our designer can help you to do some mock up images of designs or modification free of charge.

Q3: What is your MOQ?

A3:Our normal MOQ is 200pcs per design per color with mixed sizes.

For some items, you can also place a trial as 30pcs per size per color.

Q4: How to get a price?

A4: Details information requested and photos or mock up designs with require qty

will help us to provide the price quickly.

Q5: What is the bulk order lead time?

A5: It is about 30-45days, depend on the qty, designs and the material you choose.

Q6: Can i put my design logo on the products?

A6: Yes, sure we can put your logo on your design or any items if you provide AI format,

we can make the logo by heat transfer, screen printing, silicone printing and so on.
