Our Services
We have strict production process from raw material to packing. Raw material--Wire drawing--Cold heading--Flashing--Heat treament--Grinding--Lapping 1--Lapping2--Lapping3--Washing--Checking. All balls must be passed the procedure of passivation. Each procedure have professional inspector. They will check steel balls each two hours to be sure correct diameter and good surface.
B. The material of 440c stainless steel material is difficult to produce. Usually the delivery time of them is about 35-45 days. Our produced sizes of them are from 1.2mm to 40mm. But some sizes of them we also have some stock. Like 4.0mm 5.5mm 10mm 12mm 12.7mm 19.05mm... We can send some samples of 440c stainless steel balls to you by free, if we have the stock of your reuqired.
