Production Process We are proud of our selective material, outstanding craftsmanship, innovative design as well as the modern production line. Our experienced glove makers continuously create new leather crafts and artworks without compromise on quality.
 SELECT MATERIAL
After inspection and color fastness test made by QC department, our technicians will sort out each piece of leather according to its texture, thickness and size. Leather at different grades are made into gloves with different design and style to ensure the best quality.
 CUTTING
Leather is cut by cutting die or automatic digital cutting machines. Different parts of leather for different parts on glove. Each cutting piece will be double checked by our QC team.
 SEWING
Our gloves are sewn by both hand and machine. But whichever way we use, thread needs to be smooth and neat. We have QC staff to strictly control each and every step in gloves production line.
 IRONING
Ironing is the last step to vitalize gloves. They are ironed in two ways: flat ironing and vertical ironing. Both require our workers’ precise control of temperature and well understanding of each glove.
 QUALITY CONTROL
We take severe quality test on our products according to international QC standards. All of out products must pass five strict inspection before entering the market.

1. Sampling

 

We provide samples for both OEM& ODM orders. To make a sample of OEM gloves, please send us the pictures/ sketches as well as the detailed information about the gloves. Or you may send us your sample for reference. The sampling period for OEM gloves would be 7-15 days. For ODM gloves samples, we would send them out within 3-5 days once the payment is done.
