2. Would you send me a product sample before I place an order?

A: Yes. But you need pay the sample charge, but only USD1 to USD41. 

3. Will you refund the sample cost to us if we buy in bulk order?

A: Yes, if the order is more than 100pcs (USD3000), we will refund.

4. Please tell me when I could receive delivery?

A: For small order like less than 2kgs, we can send by CHINA POST (10-45 days).

If is more than 2kgs, we will send by express: DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, TOLL(5-7days, EMS(7-15days)

If the goods is more than 300kgs, we suggest shipping by sea( 15-45 days to different countries.

5. What is your best price with shipping ? 

   A: That depends on the quantity, we will offer different price for : 1-5pcs, 6-50pcs, 100pcs, 500pcs, 1000pcs or more. We will send you price list by email.

6. How do these come packaged? Is there a photo?

   A:For stock goods, we don’t send color box.Iis you need color box,there will be MOQ request,e.g.:500pcs .For photo ,we will send by email.

9. Will you include the repair kit?
A: Yes, each package we send will repair fabric and the small deflate tube. For glue, we send for seashipment, for air shipment, it is not allowed to send glue.

10. What is the Return policy?

A: If you receive goods with hole or tear, we will send new one with next order, or refund your payment.

     If you receive the goods with goods status, but damage during using, you need repair by yourself.

     If the goods have structure prolem, we will refund.
