Our HDPE geomembrane is made of 100% raw material hdpe which is imported from Middle East.

After testing, the quality meets the ASTM standard completely.

(0.5 or 0.75mm-thickness is used for pond liner, 1.5mm-thickness is used for landfill, 2.0mm-thickness is used for dam liner.)

 

 

 

HDPE smooth geomembrane is made from high grade polyethylene raw material ,adding carbon black ,antioxidant, anti-aging and UV resistance component .It adopted the first class automatic production equipment and three-layer pressing technology. All products are in accordance with GB/GRI/ASTM standard.

1) Environmental protection, sanitation (such as solid waste landfills, sewage treatment plants, power plants Chi-conditioning, industrial, hospital solid waste, etc.) .

 

2) Water (such as rivers, lakes and reservoirs of the anti-dam, plugging, reinforcement of the canal seepage, the vertical wall of the heart, slope protection, etc.).

 

3) Municipal Engineering (subway, on the ground floor of the building, planted roof, the roof garden of anti-seepage, sewage pipes lining, etc.).

 HDPE geomembrane plastic sheet Welding procedure (you just need one plastic welding machine)

 

1. Hot wedge welding process including: pressure adjustment,temperature setting,overlap checking,insert membrane into welding machine,starting motor,pressing and welding.

 

2. Prior to seaming,the seaming area is free of moisture,dust,dirt,sand or debris of any nature.

 

3. Before welding, test seam by one 0.9m×0.3m specimen and overlap not less than 10cm.After that,test the peel strength and shear strength.When approved,official welding can be performed according to the prior settings and mark the date,time and ambient temperature.

 

4. Seam line should be tidy and free of slide welding.

 

5. No wrinkle is allowed. When laying geomembrane,variations should be set aside according to temperature and property requirement.

 

6. After welding,test should be adopted to examine the welding quality.
