Q1. What is your terms of packing? A: Generally, we use white box and brown cartons as neutral package. But if you have special requirement, just tell us so we can see if we can customize for you.
Q2. What is your terms of payment? A: T/T(30% Deposit,70% before shipment) or western union.
Q3. How about your delivery time? A: Generally, it takes 30 to 60 days upon receipt of your deposite.
The actual delivery time is subject to the very items and the quantity you order.
Q4. What is your sample policy? A: Of course we offer samples, but you have to pay sample cost and the shipping cost.
Q5. Can you customize graphics/decal and make our own logo? A: Yes, we can . You can use your own logo. And about the decals, we can make it, too. But the minimum order is 1000pcs. And the cost of the new design depends on your decal.
