Aiming at a solution adapted to the present work mode and hydrotechnics conditions in rural area, H.T-BAUER launched AQUAGO 40 series, 50 series small-sized hose reel irrigators in 2003. They were well designed by designers from BAUER with consideration of lowering the operation cost.

The design keeps BAUER product features as plastic simplicity, high efficiency, long service life and low maintenance.

Sprinkler cart can be moved manually which saves space.

Connection pressure is reduced greatly.

Water-saving irrigation on small area lands turns feasible.

Compact size with more preferable price helps farmers reduce their initial input.

Advantages

Accurate driving of turbine
It is high efficiency energy-saving. Stepless regulation of the retraction speed can be realized.

Low connection pressure
2.8 bar pressure is sufficient for a stable operation. Thus the irrigator has a good performance in both energy-saving and water-saving.

Powerful retraction drive

Even at a low flow rate, the sprinkler cart can be retracted at a high speed, maximum to 35 m/h, which makes it easy for adjustment of the precipitation rate according to plants need.

Manual operation possible

The PE-pipe can be pulled out easily even with manpower so that the crops can avoid being hurt by tractors.

Exact PE-pipe winding mechanism

The advanced winding mechanism ensures precise reeling of the irrigation pipe in all layers.

Automatic brake device

The equipment shuts off automatically at the end of the irrigation and it realizes the whole process operation without people supervision.
