Раствор Alcian Blue pH 2 5 CAS

 Alcian Blue is a dye that stains sulfated proteoglycan present in cartilage tissues, which is an indicator cell chondrogenesis. At pH 1.0 it stains only sulfated polysaccharides; at pH 2.5 also stains carboxyl group containing sugars such as sialic acids and uronic acids intensify the stain of hyaluronic acids, which would also stain albeit relatively weakly by their half sulfate esters at pH 1.0.

At pH 2.5, Alcian Blue stains acid mucopolysaccharides and shows a blue color, while Nuclear Fast Red stains nuclei pink to red and cytoplasm pale pink.
