What is LYCRA® Black?

 

LYCRA® Black fiber was developed to meet the market demand for a "natural" dark fiber. Nowadays, various brands and retailers are looking for a longer preservation of dull colors. LYCRA® Black utilized the previous dye process technique, so even after repeated washing it stays black as new. It also reduces the color of dark fiber in the pan phenomenon, to avoid uneven color or fade. 

 

The upgraded version of the black Lycra, it blends the black element directly into the yarn. This reduces the case of elastic fibers grin, enhances color performance and shows greater color saturation and gloss fully. The black fabrics more pure, and offers new choices to innovative designs.

 

The color of LYCRA® Black is spun-in for enhanced permanence. It reduce elastane grin-through in dark fabrics and improved wash-fastness in dark fabrics.
