Product Introduction

 

HMP-3202 is a silicon modified styrene acrylic emulsion. The silicon modification makes

it has excellent adhesion on different substrates. It is widely applied to metal panel, plastic like PP, glass, wallpaper, etc, and performs excellent adhesion.

 

HMP-3202 is a polymer. Without adding any film forming additives, it can form the film at room temperature. It does not contain any heavy metal, plasticizer, harmful solvent nor other harmful volatiles, it is safe and environmental.

 

 

 

Product Advantage

 

1. Excellent film formation: self dry at room temperature, effective to lower VOC;

 

2. Strong adhesion: applied to metal, smooth aluminum, PVC, ABS, etc. with excellent adhesion;

 

3. High pigment carrying capacity: suitable for middle to high pigment binder ratio system;

 

4. Low water absorption: this property of the “primer-finish” film is better than that of the “primer plus topcoat”;

Application

 

1. HMP-3202 is specially recommended for making metal light anti-corrosion coating, and plastic decoration coating. Such as indoor hardware coating, machinery coating, automotive interior parts coating, etc.

 

2. Due to the excellent stain resistance, HMP-3202 is also recommended to produce printing ink and varnish on wallpaper (nonwoven)

Package And Storage
