2.What's the Min.&Max. pipe size?

4.What's the centerline radius(also called bending radius)?

5.Do you want the CNC or NC ? The most obvious difference: If you have many angles in one pipe, you need bend it one by one through NC machine, while in CNC, you need only load material once.

6. How many diffrent bending radius are there in all of your products? Are they in one pipe?

7. Could you please provide us your products design drawings? We can suggest the most suitable machine for your according to your drawings.

Payment terms and After sales service:

1.Payment terms: 30% T/T down payment, 70% T/T before shipment.

2.Delivery time: Usually, no later than 10 days since receiving the advance payment.

3. Price validity : One month

4.Package: Iron case/Wooden box.

5.Warranty period: Usually, we guarantee machine quality for one year, during this year, if spare parts of the machine were damaged, we can send the component to the customer by DHL, TNT freely.

6.Our factory can send our engineer to the customer’s factory install, commission and training freely. The customer provide the double trip tickets, food and accommodation for our engineer. The customer also can send the engineer to our factory to learn the operation and maintains freely.

7.Our factory provide the service for the customer forever, if the customer need operation help, can contact us by Skype, Email and Telephone at any time, we provide 24 hours on-line service.
