We will control the goods quality during all the mass production. we guarantee our customer 100% satisfaction on all our products. Please feel free to feeback us immediately if you are not satified with Lelian's quality or service, if the product does not meet the contract requirements, we will send you a free replacement or give you compensation in the next order. For foreign orders, we ensure most accessories. In some special case, we will give discount as a solution.
1) If you don’t like our color, you can choose in our color sample, Or you can send us your color, we can make it in your color. But in general, customers don't change the color, becuase our factory matched by professional standard.
2) Customization(OEM) is accepted ---- Our factory have the Qualified Designer Team.They can design according to your drawings or pictures, and produce the sample for your checking before order.Please kindly contact our sales team for quotation.
3) If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged when un-package, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.
4) For checking the quality of Office chairs, Sofas ---- you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before order, we have about 1000sqms showroom. Before loading,you can also let your QC to checking goods . Or we will check the quality then send photos or videos for your reference.We will not loading container till you agree to loading.
