1) When you order a mini PC with hard drive, we will pre-install activated cracked version Windows OS for free experience, since it's a cracked version Windows OS and free of charge, so we DON'T accept any dispute about this OS;
2) Mini PC OS installation steps almost same as the common desktop PC, usually press "F11" key and "Delete" key to enter BIOS, if you meet any difficulty, please leave us message;
3) Legal genuine Windows OS and other OS like Linux, Ubuntu, Pfsense..., please leave us message.
