Performance & Features:

1),The felt cleaning agent contains a special surfactant,penetrating power,emulsifying power and dispersibility are very excellent,the felt cleaning agent can decompose the oil content and organic matter within short time.

2),The felt cleaning agent can react with the felt oil content and organic matter quickly,the felt can recover clean within short time.

3),The felt cleaning agent also can keep the wire and roller clean.

4),The felt cleaing agent has good cleaning effect to the filter unit of petrochemical industry,food industry,steel industry etc.

 

Application method:

1),Either shutdown or online cleaning is available.

2),The using dosage should be determined as per the factors such as felt materials,the content of pollutants,PH of the system and temperature etc..

3),Online cleaning:Dilute the felt cleaning agent to concentration to 0.5% with pure water,keep the PH above 11,spray the diluted felt cleaning agent evenly over the entire felt to make sure the felt absorb completely.The cleaning frequency is 30-60minutes each 8 hours.After cleaning,wash the felt until the PH become neutral.

4),Intermittent cleaning:Dilute the felt cleaning agent to concentration 5%-10% with pure water,then spray to the felt until the felt generate bubble.30 minutes later,wash the felt with pure water.

 

Package and Storage:

Package: 200kg PE drum or 1000kg IBC drum.

Storage: Keep in dry,cool and ventilated place.
