         Pingdingshan Kaiyuan Special Graphite Co.,Ltd established in May 2008, located in Weidong District Pingdingshan City, is mainly focus on the production of special graphite and deep processing of graphite products.

          We have a strong technical team which over 200 staffs, the college degree or above is 54 person and R&D people is 26. Our product includes isostatic graphite block, round, molded graphite blocks, rounds and different types of graphite crucible and graphite machining products. Different density and size can meet all kinds of application, such as EDM, sintering industry, continuous casting, 3D glass mold, photovoltaic and other industries.

The main equipment are: 1 set of LDJ1250/3200-200YS cold isostatic pressing machine, one set of 12500 tons molded pressing machine, two sets of 4R pendulum grinder, two sets of 1500L kneading machines, two set of 25KG high pressure impregnation containers, a set of automatic weighing, transport, cooling system, 3 set of energy-saving and environmental protection calcining kilns. The annual produce capability for isostatic pressing graphite is 2500 tons and molded graphite is 3500 tons, sell well at home and abroad.

        Our company had applied for 12 patents by the end of 2017. The big size isostatic graphite produce technology had passed the achievement appraisement of Henan Science and Technology Agency, which reached the international advanced level in December 2011. More than 40 research and development projects had finished by the end of 2017, the expenses reached 24.07 million RMB and had achieved remarkable effect.
