Material are delivered to the hopper by belt conveyor or  bucket  elevator . Then they go into the  the  charger tip by passing through the pipe of charger. When materials go into the tip of the dryer , heat carrier go into the dryer with material.After that ,they go into the discharging exit by passing through inner

drum , middle drum and  outer drum to go into the discharging storehouse .

After heat carrier pass through the dryer it needs cyclone dust collectors to  

gather in the material  within the gas . If you want to reduce the amount of

dust within tail gas , you should use bag duster or  wet process duster

 to discharge .Then, materials are sifted and  segregated  qualified 

production by linear vibrating screen .
