The WNS is a traditional three-pass, wet-back horizontal firetube boiler. The first pass flows through the furnace from front to back. The furnace is corrugated to maximize efficiency while also minimizing thermal stress. Flue gasses then travel from the combustion furnace to the front chamber forming the second pass. For the third pass gases flow through tubes to the back of the boiler stack and out the exhaust vent, located conveniently in the back of the boiler. The second and third passes travel through heavy-duty seamless tubes.

EPCB's boilers have been approved by 2014/68/EU(Europe), GB150-2011(China), ASME vol. I, II ,III, V and VIII (USA), ISO 9001 and SGS.  Sample certificate is as follows.

1. Quality
A grade boiler, A1, A2 grade pressure vessel manufacturer. All products have passed ISO9001:2008 & ASME International Quality Management System Certification, also can provide CE-2014/68/EU, AS, GOST certification.

2. Management
In order to ensure the quality, we strictly monitor the comprehensive quality system from raw material procurement & re-testing & process to storage. All the steels and pipes are purchased from developed countries & the well-known large domestic enterprises.

3. Welding
Welding mainly uses advanced automatic welding, gas protected welding, TIG welding. Drum and other main pressure parts adopt CNC automatic welding, all of the welding 100% passed penetrant inspection.
