Product Description
Powder coatings are solvent-free enamels that are processed in a 3-step process into a fine coating powder. Applied to the part or component by electrostatic spraying equipment or in a tribostatic process. In a subsequent curing process, the powder coating is melted and chemically cross-linked at substrate temperatures 200°C for 10 mins.
The powder coating is an excellent solution for corrosion protection of metal,aluminium and furniture, to improve material appearance, act as an UV protectant, and even has some non-stick applications.
Thermosetting epoxy (also called E type) powders include a series of products such as standard curing, rapid curing and low-temperature curing powders with high gloss, semi-gloss and matt finishes. These products may provide coatings with excellent adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance, physical and mechanical properties. They are suitable for surface coatings of kitchen utensils, cases of instruments and apparatus, display racks, mechanical and electrical equipments, auto parts, copper and aluminium articles etc.
