1) When I can get the price?
Our sales manager usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry with full detail.
Any urgent cases, please contact us directly by phone or send eamil to our official email.
2) How can I get samples to have quality check?
After price confirmation, you can request to have samples to check our quality. Samples can be free of charge in some special case.
3) How long do I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
4) How long is the production lead time ?
We have more than 10 working lines and many experienced employees, running constantly 24 hours. Thus, the fast delivery time can be guaranteed. After we recieved your payment, the lead time is about 5-7days for customized sample, 15-20 days for mass production.
5)What about the transportation and delivery date?
Normally we use shipment to transprot all orders.It is about 20-30days .It also denpends on which coutry and arrival port you are. It could be shorter if the deliveyr port is within Asia. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
