    A:  1.The samples can be sent to you within 3-5days.

         2.The batch order can be shipped to you within 5-15days after order confirmation

 

5 Q:What's your warranty & after service policy?

     A: 12 Months for all products, and some products warranty is 24months. Usually offer  1% spare parts free to you .
