3.\tQ: If I need small quantity say one or two pieces, is this ok?
A: It is ok. We could deliver it to you by LCL container or by air shipment. 

4.\tQ: Is this kind of product made from natural stone?
A: Yes, all these carvings are made from natural stone and by hand carved.

5.\tQ: How about the delivery date?
A: If the quantity is small, the delivery date will be about 15-20days. If the quantity is big, the delivery date will be around 30-40days.

6.\tQ: what if the carvings broken during transportation?
A: All of our products are insurance. Our after-sale service team will sort the reasons and will be sure you will be properly compensated!

7.\tQ: Can you make products from our design?
A: YES. We could make the products from your own design.

8.\tQ: How do I make payment?
A: We receive paypal, western union and directly bank transfer to our company account. If these are all unavailable, we will issue you a paypal invoice and you simply pay by credit card.
