FAQ
Q:Are you factory or trade company?
A:We have our own factory in Chaozhou,Guangdong,China.About 30 minutes ride from Chaoshan high speed train and Jieyang airport.
Q:When can I get the price?
A:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q:Do you offer samples?
A:Yes.For the new products,we need to charge sample cost and freight collect.Please note that all samples cost will be returned back after order placed.
Q:Can you do the designs for us?
A:Yes we offer customized design.We have a professional designer team in ceramic design.
Q:What about the lead time?
A:For sample,it will be delivery in 7-15 working days.For mass production,it depends on the season.Generally,we suggest you to start inquiry 60 days before your target date.
Q:Can we combine different items in one container in my first order?
A:Yes.But the quantity of each item should be closed to our MOQ and only maximum 5 items assorted are allowed per 20ft container,10 items per 40ft container.
