2..The crimping head can be smoothly turned by 350° around the longitudinal axis in order to gain better access to tight corners and other difficult working areas.
3.If a deviation from the set operation pressure or low battery charges is identified,an acoustic aignal sounds and a red display flashes.
4.Li-ion batteries do neither have a memory effect nor self discharge.Even after long periods of non operation the tool is always ready to operate.In addition we see a power weight ratio with 50% more capacity and shorter charging cycles compare to NiMH batteries.
5. A temperature sensor makes the tools stop working automatically when the temperature over 60℃ under long time working,the fault signal sounds,it means the tool can't continue work until the temperature reduced to the normal.

Re: Yes, the whole workinq procedure finished by our workshop.

Re: We always are not in stock, we produce as customer's requirement.

Re: It depends on your order. Normally3-7days for samples, 30-45days for standard,
30-60 days for customized.

Re: Firstly, we do quality test during every process. We produce most components by ourselves, it is started from cutting raw material , machining roughly in the first step.
casting , forging , punching , heat treatment finish machining , painting , assembling and finally packing , we will spot check for each steps. Secondly, we will collect all comments on our products from customers in time. And try our best to improving quality all the time.

Re: The warranty time is 2 years for battery tools, 1 year for manual tools.
