Betten Hydraulic ensure that every piece of the chromed rod would be surface hardened before chromating , surface hardness is HRC55~60 , Chromating film thickness is 0.03~0.04mm if there is no other specific requirements .

For material part, we purchase steel raw material from well-known mills, which must pass inspections of surface tension prior to their use.

For processing part, we use a CNC lathe for machining process, and imported centerless grinder. our electroplating workshop uses micro-crack hard chrome plating technology.

For testing part, our testing equipment includes projector, micro hardednes testing machine, universial tensile machine, metallographic analyzer, thickness tester, salt spray testing machine. All of them keep our hydraulic piston rods have good quality and deliver in time.
