Main Features
1) The ice making capacity can be applied from 1 ton to 100 tons.
2) More "fool" typed installation, less space needed and convennient to move.
3) Energy saving, ice macking power consumption had declined from 110kW·h to 74kW·h/ton block ice.
4) Adopting coil pipe evaparator, no need worrying about ice forming inside the evaporator to break down it.
5) Using agitator with better heat exchange effet, no need worrying about the high cost for repairing the water pump.

Installation:
1). Installing by the user: we will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation
manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.
2).Installing by our engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
(2) Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready.
Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual
installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.

Packaging and FAQ
1. Q: Can the power supply be single phase?
A: Single phase electricity is not applicable. It need the industrial supply electricity for the whole plant, that is to say it needs 3 phase electricity, 380~420V/50Hz/3P or 220~240V/ 60Hz/3P, or other types.
For special power supply type, we will design a special motor for you. So please kindly tell me your local industrial power supply when you send the inquiry, we will offer you based on the exact requirement.
2. Q: If this is my first time to invest ice business, what kind of factor I need to prepare for it?
A: Firstly it is better for you to do some marketing investigation to decide how big capacity machine you need to invest. Secondly you need to check that if there is water and power supply for the machine. If the power supply is not stable, many customers consider to equip power generator. As for edible ice, it is better to equip water treatment to make pure water, filling inside machine to make ice.
Water treatment to pure water → ice machine to make ice → digital scale and sealing machine to pack ice bags → cold room to store ice
3. Q: Do you make testing and commissioning before you deliver the machine?
A: Yes, all of our machines will be tested and commissioned at least 3 days to ensure sufficient output and stable performance before delivery. When you get the machine, you just need to connect water and power to make ice.
