Gearvoo has redesigned it’s universal top handle to be a Remote Control so it is able to start and stop Sony, Z-cam and Panasonic cameras from the handle. It has a record button behind the front top cold shoe. Users are able to switch between LANC for Z-cam or Sony cameras and Panasonic protocol for Lumix cameras. Sony Alpha cameras are controlled with the multi port on the camera.
This top handle can be mounted on third party cages with a 45mm NATO rail. There is a 15mm mount for follow focus rail on front of handle. The top handle is connected to the cage by a standard NATO rail system. It has 1/4-20 and 3/8 threads on both sides to connect to another device such as magic arm. here is cold shoe mounts in the front and in the back of the handle for mounting a microphone or light or other accessory.
