This machine is a third-generation economical super heavy-weight material flat sewing machine developed by HONBO Company based on 20 years' experiment. It s outstanding feature is the super large semi rotary shuttle hook, which increases the thread capacity by 70%, thus reducing the times of thread change and improving the working efficiency. It can use extra thick thread (1500D / 3,V415,V462, T-500 or 1.4MM hollow thread/ornamental thread). Its powerful top and bottom synchronous feeding system: feed dog and presser foot cross lifting mechanism can ensure that the upper layer and the lower layer don't shift under any stitch length within the rated scope when sewing lubricating material, viscous material and extra long products, and make the sewing product neat with beautiful stitch.
This machine is equipped with advanced sewing auxiliary device (such as automatic presser foot lifting, automatic reverse sewing, needle cooling, automatic thread clamping/slacking, energy-saving servo motor, etc.). It can both ensure the production efficiency and product quality.
