As its feature, the pharmaceutical tablet coating whose round pot is elevated, the heater such as gas electrical heater can placed directly under the pot. A separated blower with electrical heater is provided with the machine. The pipe of the blower stretches into the pot for heating of cooling purpose. Application of chocolate coating machine with cool air system   

 JINCHENG chocolate coating machine composed by BY coating systems, QKL110 chocolate spraying system, KL-53 refrigeration(air cooling)systems, piping systems. Its chocolate coating machine main function is spray the chocolate slurry on variety of different shapes of nuts,snacks(we call it nuts in in this whole manual) in the coating pan under the pump pressure through the insulation pipes.

 The chocolate coating machine chocolate slurry can be coating evenly on the nuts because the coating pan rotate and rotate,and then the cool air offered by cool air system blow in to solidified the chocolate slurry rapidly, after several repeated spraying, mixing, and solidifying ,there will form chocolate layer on the nuts, then you can adjusted the rotate speed to make it rotate faster to polish the nuts ,and you can also spraying edible color on the nuts to get shining colorful nuts.
