What is AAC/ALC panel

Autoclaved  aerated concrete (AAC), also known as autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) or autoclaved cellular concrete (ACC）

It is a lightweight, precast building material that simultaneously provides structure, insulation, and fire and mold resistance.

AAC products include blocks, wall panels, floor and roof panels, and lintels. With cement, lime, silica sand as raw materials, adopting two-way and welded steel reinforcement mesh (reinforcing bar) processed by special anti-rust liquid, produced in high temperature, high pressure and steam curing, AAC panel is a kind of porous silicate plate of high performance, and has many incomparable performances of lightweight & high strength, good fire-resistance, fire prevention, sound insulation and thermal insulation etc.

AAC panels can be used for the external walls, internal wall,floor panel,roof panel and so on. it can be used for the load-bearing walls of mixed structure building with less than 4 floors. Outsourcing fire panel of steel beam and columns.

1) External Wall Panel

AAC panel can be used directly in exterior walls with steel structure. They have excellent heat insulation and noise reduction properties and will give comfortable and pleasant environment inside the building, with lower heating and cooling costs throughout the lifespan of building.

2) Internal Wall Panel

AAC panels can be used in the internal wall such as household walls, separating walls, partition walls in bathrooms and kitchens etc.. It has great workability and can be sawed, cut, drilled freely to hang various things such as air conditioning, water heater, radiator, wall cabinet etc.

3) Floor Panel and Roof Panel

AAC floor panels with scientific reinforcement design and raw material proportion, ensure excellent bearing capacity, AAC floor and roof panel play a very different role, in most structures, a significant amount of energy is lost through roof , but AAC roof panels reduce the amount of thermal transmission. AAC Panels can be set flat or at an angle and work in tandem with many other waterproofing membranes, or can be framed over in steel or wood. AAC floor panels can easily be used in any project, and creates a stronger thermal mass because of the solid body. An experienced crew of eight can set 120 floor panels a day (3,600 square feet) with one small crane
