| WANROOEMED SG Series | During the whole working course, superheated water operates in a relatively sealing cyclical system, which has series of advantages, high heat efficiency, good temperature evenness, stable temperature adjusting range, etc. Besides, this equipment also effectively prevents second pollution during working with anti-pressure protection device. |
| Working Principle | Filling with circulation water (Pure water) to a preset level.Heating up with circulation water. During heating up a preset differential ballast pressure above the relevant saturated steam pressure is maintained in the chamber by compressed air that prevents damage of the product containers. Sterilization for a preset time under a preset differential ballast pressure with a guaranteed temperature distribution inside the product of ±1℃.Cooling with primary circulation water, which is pumped through the cooling water cooled external heat exchanger and sprayed over the load. |
| Structure&Capability&Characteristics | The sterilizer is mainly consisted of main body, door, internal-external circulating pipeline system, electric control system, loading system and so on. 1. Main body The inner vessel is rectangular and made of SUS316L, is checked by X-ray. Its design pressure is 0.245Mpa.It is designed, fabricated, inspected and tested in accordance with the requirements of "The Pressure Vessels Safety Technology Supervision Procedures" in China 2. Insulating layer The insulating layer is made by aluminium silicate. 3. Doors The autoclave is designed as pass-through (double door) autoclave.The door is automatic pneumatic locking, and manually pull open. Both doors cannot be opened simultaneously. 4. Pipe system Pipe system is consisted of internal circulation and external circulation. It is sterilizing medium channel, mainly consisted of circulating pump, plate type heat exchanger and internal spray system. Pipe connection: connected by flange.
