Q: What are these Balloons made of?
A: Durable Oxford cloth or PVC tarpaulin material, weather-resistant, waterproof, fire-retardant, UV protective, 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm thickness available.
Q: Why PVC tarpaulin more expensive than Oxford cloth?
A: PVC tarpaulin is better than Oxford cloth mainly by following features:
1). excellent abrasion resistance
2). outstanding low-temperature performance
3). more heavy duty and better wind resistance.
4). better printing effect
5). very good tear strength
6). easy to clean
7). easy to repair by glue
Q: How to inflate a Giant Balloon?
A: Can inflate by an electric blower/pump (s) included. It usually takes 1 to 10 minutes to inflate up depending on design.
Q: Can we use Giant Balloons in winds?
A: Yes, we make D rings on each balloon and match ropes for you to tie for more stability. You can also use stakes, sand bags or water bags to increase stability. However, please use depending on actual scene.
Q: Can we use Giant Balloons in rain?
A: Yes, especially airtight balloons. But since the balloon is connected with electricity, we don't suggest long time use under heavy rain although the balloon material and blower plastic case are waterproof.

A: Yes. This may be extra charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size (usually $30 to US$300). You may send us high resolution artwork in AI, JPG, PDF or PSD format, or we design for you.

A: Due to constant blown air, the balloon can still be blown up and use as long as the damaged area is smaller. The damage can be repaired by sewing machine, and PVC tarpaulin balloons can also simply be repaired by our repair kit (material patches and glue).

A: Yes. After you place an order, we can make design sketch based on your custom requirements, and will start production after your confirmation. We will take photos or video for your confirmation before shipment.

1. Disinfect and clean the balloon regularly.
2. Check the ball before using. Any damage, please mend it with repair kit (material patches and glue).
3. After use, please remove sundries outside and inside the balloon.
4. Before packing, make sure the ball is clean and dry. Then store it in cool and dry place.
