All the print heads are tested before leaving the factory. we only confirm what we offer they are new origin print heads, after you get the them in hand, please check it before installing to printers. Print heads can not be returned or exchanged after running ink on printer already, because all print head suppliers can not charge the risk of installing on printers in this line, thank you for your understand!

2. How long does the printheads can work？
Usually a printhead can use around one year, it depends what kind of ink do you use and how long the head work everyday.
