Gauze swabs (sponge) folding machines,for automatic folding french folds(edge unfolded) style gauze swabs of 5cmx5cm,7.5cmx7.5cm and 10cmx10cm in 8,12,16 ply. Other sizes gauze sponges of 5cmx7.5cm,7.5cmx10cm and 10cmx12.5 cm in 8,12,16 ply are also available. Special sizes can be built as per need.
Production capacity:
270 pcs per minute for gauze swabs of 5cmx5cm,in 8,12,16 ply
225 pcs per minute for gauze swabs of 7.5cmx7.5cm,in 8,12,16 ply
180 pcs per minute for gauze swabs of 10cmx10cm,in 8,12,16 ply
Labor: 1 worker required.
