-25~30 days after receiving advanced T/T 30%, and confirmed every detail, from

China port to Destination port.

-The Buyer shall open through a bank acceptable by Seller 100% of the total contract 

value Letter of Credit at  sight with T/T Reimbursement in favor of the Seller a Confirmed

Irrevocable to be negotiable in China until the 15^th day after the shipment is effected.

 

-After shipment, the Seller shall send through the Seller’s bank a draft on the Buyer

together with shipping documents to the Buyer’s bank, by means of D/P at sight.

 

-30% T/T before production, the balance payment should be paid within 10days after

B/L copy sent to the Buyer after shipment.

-To be effected by the Seller for 110% of invoice value against Buyer.

 

 

-Quality, quantity and weight certified by the Import And Export Commodity Inspection
