In 2012, we start using Aluminium body intead of cast iron body for machine, Which Increased the costs but makes the maching more light, beautiful and not easy to get dirty.

1. Guide rail is the most important things for working stability and machine life. So we use two linear guide rail on each axis to make sure the machine is stable.

2. Using wire terminal to connect the electronic device, easily to replace.
1. The wire will be bending many time when machine is working. To avoid the damage, we use plastic sleeve to protect wire and fixed to the body.
2. Every Solder joint are protected by heat-shrinkable sleeves.
1. Penumatic machine create vibration when working, this vibration may interfere the marking and reduce the machine life. So we design two stainless steel column to reinforce the machine.
2. This knob is designed to reduce the high frequency vibration.

Marking pin installation
spring----＞marking Pin ----＞Small O-ring ----＞big O-ring
The material of the marking pin is Tungsten steel and cooper .
The hardness of Tungsten steel is HRC90.
So the marking can working for material with hardness under HRC55. Inside of the marking head there is Tungsten steel tube. that makes the marking head using at least 2 years. .
