SIWAY PU FOAM is a one-component, economical type and good performance Polyurethane foam. It is fitted with a plastic adapter head for use with a foam application gun or a straw. The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation. It is environmental friendly as it does not contains any CFC materials.

Step 1

PU foam is shaken up and down for 1 minute before use

Step 2

Clean and moisturize the construction surface before application

Step 3

Connect the tank upside down to the gun and turn the valve open to adjust the flow

Step 4

Spray from the bottom up, the injection volume is 1/2 the required fill volume

Step 5

Ten minutes after the foam began to cure, 1 hour after the next step

Step 6

Cured foam can be removed with a sharp knife excess, and then in the surface with cement mortar, paint or silicone sealant for processing
