Unwinder Parts
1.The max.diameter of the unwinder is 600mm,
2.The unwinder shaft adopt plug-shaft.Unwinder with EPC device.with SICK,Germany photocell.

Folding Parts (Optional)
Equipped with Triangle folding device 1600mm (edge folding device,which can fold the big single sheet film into 2 layer smaller folded film)
Note:If use single sheet film to making courier bag,this device should be purchased.
Top folding and bottom gusset Parts
1.Top folding device, which can fold the max size from top of bag is 80mm 2.Bottom gusset device, which can gusset max size from bottom is 85mm
Hot air sealing device
This device is used for sealing the pocket of courier bag.
This pocket in courier bag normally is for keeping air way bill .
Hotmelt glue device:
Compare to the adhesive tape,the hotmelt glue device is the best choice for courier bag.
Photocell of printing and preheating:
1. Printing image tracking adopts photocell from SICK FROM GERMANY 2. The photocell of priting together with high technical computer , 3.The pre-sealing knife is designed specially of bottom four layers film, high speed produce bag 4. Double sides heating, double cylinder driven, strong for gusing, and strong for sealing
Cutting knife and belt:
