Working principle

The Precast Concrete column,beam and purline, post ,pillar,making  machine works on the flat platform with the motor power. After convened by the speed reducer and taking advantage of the repeatedly straight working line of the slider, the cement is pushed into the mold in the machine to be formed.

Meanwhile, the outside vibration makes the concrete highly plasticized. Under the reaction of the slider moving, the whole machine will move along the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance. The Precast Concrete Machine is formed behind the machine. After few days’ maintenance, we can cut the Precast Concrete  column,beam and purline, post ,pillar  into different length.
