Introduction
This honeycomb coal briquette machine is mainly used to make the coal briquettes in honeycomb shapes. It has been popularly used in China for almost 80 years. Previously raw coal been processed into the coal sphere slightly larger than ping-pong, and later the coal processed into one cylinder, and marked with a number of holes inside the cylinder makes it seems like honeycomb, because it can increase the surface area of coal, make the full combustion of coal, to reduce resource waste. Mostly it is used in coal, metallurgical powder, powder cold-pressing ball, refractory materials .
(1) Main body: it consists of bedplate and engine base, which are the frame of the machine.
(2) Rotating system: It is composed of motor, belt pulley, gear and tranmission shaft.
(3) Feeding system: It is made up of rotating shaft, hopper and stirrer. The axial gear drive the stirrer, mixing the coal evenly and sending the coal into the former.
(4) Pressing system: it consists of 4 pcs slide bar, slide beam, punch, punch holder, punch head, pressrue plate, mould end and spring. When the machine working, the slide bar will drive the slide beam, punch head goes down and pressure plate will go up, then the spring retrench, then press the coal into briquettes.
(5) Discharging system: it consist of transmission rack, belt pulley, holder and conveyor belt. The conveyor betl driving and bring the shaped briquettes out of the machine. There is some roses on the transmission holder to adjust the tightness of conveyor belt.
Final briquette :
Charcoal briquettes' shape: Round shape briquette with several holes(Diameter between140-300mm) Cylinder shape with a hole( diameter 50mm with a 15mm hole is the most popularsize) Plum-blossom shape with hole, square shape with several holes( the length arecustomized),hexagonal shape with a hole, rectangle shape, etc.
Charcoal briquettes' size: The diameter or length is 45mm-300mm.
Charcoal briquettes' density: The density of briquettes can be adjusted according your demands by changing the upper punching part.
Charcoal briquettes' burning time: The burning time is about 4-5 hours per small piece.
