take away the cover ,put your hand to the foam directly and press it  , about one inch depth and let foam rebound itself , 2 seconds be considered correct

time ,shorter than it , the cushion or pillow can`t support the weight effectively  .

Cover can be wash by machine as normal way  

You just need put the foam in wind one day and pat by hand , or use vacuum cleaner clean it every month .

The cover can be wash every week , we suggest use 60 degree hot water , then it can kill the mites effectively . you can get a clean and healthy environment .
