Usage:(pressure tank,paint pressure tank,pressure paint tank)
1. Be sure there is no pressure inside before opening the cover.
2. Turn off the 4 butterfly shape screws.
3. Open the cover, and take out all the spare parts out.
4. Install all the 4 wheels under the pressure tank, and tight the screws.
5. Pour the painting into the tank according to the working requirement below 3/4” of the tank.
6. Cover the tank and tight all the 4 butterfly-shape screws.
7. Make suer all the components is well and keep all the valve closed before using.
8. Connect the spray gun inlet with the tank painting outlet.
9. .One of the pressure regulator connector link with the air and the other link with the spray gun air inlet.
10. Turn on the red round button on the pressure regulator, the pneumatic start working, turn off the valve after working.
11. When turn on the red round button on the pressure regulator, the working pressure be about 20-30psi. When the air get into the tank, the pressure become above 55psi, then the safe valve will leave out air automatically and alarm(Indicate high pressure need low down)
12. Open the outlet valve and the pressure regulator valve where linked with the spray gun air inlet valve,the painting,air go through painting hose and air hose into the spray gun and make painting finish perfect.
13. When the painting in the tank use out, need to leave out the air and pressure. Open the cover and do as above steps.
