Normally our MOQs are 500 pieces per item. For hotel or small business orders, we can do smaller MOQs depends on products request.

Various, depends on your credit level,initial order needs 30% deposit minimum.

Yes, Canton fair in Guangzhou, China ( March & September); Heimtextil Frankfurt, Germany (January), Heimtextil New York, US (July).

Yes, we are an innovative company stays close to consumer needs. Our marketing team are willing to share understanding for global market, both online and offline. Besides that, we also do package design, product photo taking and image editing in our own studio. Your satisfaction achieves us.
Yes,we are a professional waterproof mattress protector manufacturer in Anhui China. We manage the whole producing process from fabric knitting, laminating, to sewing and package. Small quantity orders are also welcomed. In addition, we offer product consultancy and product design service.

Our in-house QC and lab ensure each piece to be perfectly made, strictly tested and well packaged. Quality control "The Smartex Way": raw material & accessary checking; Semi-manufacture goods checking; finished product checking; package checking.

Yes, all of our products are SGS and Intertek tested for its quality feathers(waterproof, wash durability, breathability, anti-dust mite etc). All test reports are available on request.
